Ella and Serah’s flowers were inspired by their outdoor wedding ceremony at Nymans National Trust Gardens. The girls chose a woodland, early summer theme for their flowers with beautiful blousy, scented blush garden roses with pops of dark burgundy and ferns; so dreamy and romantic

Woodland themed ceremony flowers

The romantic Gothic style Italianate Loggia at Nymans National Trust Gardens is the perfect setting for woodland themed wedding flowers. The ledges and ceremony table were dressed with wild flower and fern meadows, whilst the recesses within featured two large urn arrangements. After the ceremony all of the ceremony flowers were moved back to the marquee reception within the gardens of the family home

Magical wild flower wedding reception

Back at the family home milk churns overflowing with foxgloves, delphinium and wild flowers marked the entrance where guests were welcomed to the gardens through an ancient yew hedge, I created not just a floral arch but a floral tunnel evoking the feeling of entering a magical woodland

Continuing the woodland theme, the marquee featured a suspended foliage ladder delicately dressed with ferns, the trestle tables were dressed with a variety of ferns in terracotta pots and mismatched vintage bottles with a selection of wild flowers, complimented by blush pink, ivory and pale green taper candles and tea lights
