Wedding Flowers FAQs

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

As soon as you’ve confirmed your date and booked your wedding venue do get in touch via the contact/enquiry form here I typically see couples as early as 12 to 18 months before the wedding.

How do I enquire with you?

Enquire via the form on my website. Please fill in the enquiry form with as much detail as possible, it all helps to give me greater insight into your special day.

What is your process?

  1. Enquire via the form on my website. Please fill in the enquiry form with as much detail as possible, it all helps to give me greater insight into your special day.

  2. I will confirm your date is available and book a consultation with you to discuss your floral vision for your special day.

  3. Following our consultation I will prepare a personailised mood board and a detailed proposal with options and prices for the different arrangements that we discuss.

  4. Your date is held for seven days whilst you go through the proposal. If you would like to book me I will request a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and will ask you to sign T&C’s

  5. We will then develop and further refine your requirements. During the growing season I am happy to invite you to my cutting garden or with the agreement of the venue we can do a venue visit together if necessary.

  6. Twelve to eight weeks before your date we will have a final consultation to confirm all final decisions on arrangements and your final invoice will be prepared and is payable at this stage.

  7. In the week leading up to your wedding day I source the best blooms to create your floral dreams

  8. I’ll see you on the day to deliver your bouquet and personal flowers and to wish you a happy day!

Do we need to know exactly what wedding flower arrangements we want?

Don’t worry if you don’t yet know exactly what you want, I can help guide and advise you. You may have a very clear vision of what you want or you may not know your daisy from your ranunculus, my aim is to make choosing your flowers an exciting and enjoyable part of your wedding planning.

Which areas do you cover?

I live in a small village between Haywards Heath and Horsham in West Sussex and work all over East and West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and in to Kent, working at all types of wedding venues including marquee weddings at private homes, manor houses, barn venues and National Trust properties.
